Integrate feedback inline with Definition then adjust scenarios and solutions for your users needs. Then testing again with a more diverse group of users and stakeholders.

Part 5 – Service Retirement

Even the best services may eventually reach retirement. That should be organised with the same care as went into the building and maintaining of that service. Legacy components will form the bases of the next version, in the new service catalogue or will be retired.
